That's significant because enrollment normally shoots up in the final week, and those last-minute sign-ups skew younger and healthier, benefiting the whole system.

True, we're no match for a federal advertising budget.
But now is a good time to tell family, friends, and that ex with that rash they can still sign up through January 31 at HealthCare.gov.
