After three swings and three misses, the Republican-controlled Congress failed to deliver Trumpcare.
That hasn't stopped the Trump Administration from trying to repeal Obamacare.
In past months, it has cut the open enrollment period in half, eviscerated the advertising budget for HealthCare.gov, and announced plans to shut down the website each week of open enrollment for "maintenance".
Now the Trump Administration proposes expanding the use of "association health plans" and short term insurance (to circumvent consumer protections in the Affordable Care Act), as well as ending subsidies to help insurance companies cover the most vulnerable people.
