On Tuesday, October 24, Rosa Maria Hernandez, a 10 year old girl with cerebral palsy, was arrested in her hospital bed at Driscoll Children's Hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents had followed her ambulance to the hospital and arrested her following emergency gall bladder surgery.

Rosa Maria has lived in the United States since she was 3 months old.
