This week promises to be a big one for public libraries, bingo halls, and Rotary clubs all over America.

Congress is out of session, which means town halls!

(For most of us, anyway. Senators like James Lankford (OK) and Pat Toomey (PA) have opted to hear from their constituents via oxymoronic, telephonic, invite-only town halls. The first question for Sen. Toomey: "why don't you answer your phones?" ;)

How to attend a town hall with your member of Congress

Check out the Town Hall Project's comprehensive list to find a town hall in your community.

Use Indivisible's 'Reclaim Recess' toolkit to prepare for the town hall.

Feeling unheard? Vice reports that "more than 200 Republicans in Congress are skipping February town halls with constituents". Where they'll be, nobody knows. Indivisible has some ideas on how to locate them.  (*Thanks Erika Lindsey for the tip!)
