How to Help

Know Your Rights

Beginning with Guadalupe García de Rayos, the Trump Administration is fast-tracking deportations via its sweeping executive order, "Enhancing Public Safety in the Interior of the United States".

The order targets even people who "have been charged with any criminal offense, where such charge has not been resolved", or "have committed acts that constitute a chargeable criminal offense."

In other words, people who haven't been convicted of anything.

ICE raids have intensified across the country in the last 24 hours.

Protests have broken out in California, and BART transit commissioners Lateefah Simon and Nick Josefowitz have introduced a sanctuary in transit proposal.
